MY AMAZING JOURNEY TO THE ACEPTANCE OF LIFE Life Longer Most of the people would like to have long life, but a big part of them doesn't know that for obtain it, need to start to have good habit early, such like eat well, eating more fiber, fruts, vegetables, whole grain bread,and not much sugar and sat etc. Other ways are not drinking alchool or smooking,doing exercises, doing a job that you like, to avoid the stress and taking a relaxing massage every time you can. |
