NAKE MASSAGE

I never before had heard any body talking about that kind of massage, and for me, is amazing that somebody can be relax wiht a snake moving around the body. I think that many people like me should be afraid and more stressing during and after that massage. I think if someting like that happen to me, I wouldn't never sleep relax for the rest of my life.

Most of the people would like to have long life, but a big part of them doesn't know that for obtain it, need to start to have good habit early, such like eat well, eating more fiber, fruts, vegetables, whole grain bread,and not much sugar and sat etc.
Other ways are not drinking alchool or smooking,doing exercises, doing a job that you like, to avoid the stress and taking a relaxing massage every time you can.

'CREDIT CRUNCH INSOMNIA' EMERGING

Not sleep during the night could result very hard for me, because when I don't sleep enough, next day, I feel stress, tired wihtout energy and bad humor. That why I alway tray to sleep about 8 hours at night. because I have to work and everyday and I need to be active to do a good job. One way that I do to sleep is to consume drink caffeine free, and no candy affter noon.

Damage from Oversleeping

I thoght that as much a perzon sleep was better, but after I read this note; I know I was wrong Now I Know, that oversleeping is bad for health. Oversleeping icrease risk of diabetes and depresion.
I had learned that not sleep enough or oversleeping are bad.
Tha time recommended is about 8 hours sleep.
